1. Prices and tourist tax<\/h3>\n

The prices indicated on this site include VAT.
\nThe tourist tax is not included and amounts to Euro 1.50 per day per person; children and adolescents under 10 are exempt.<\/p>\n

2. Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n

We inform you that your room will be ready from 2 pm.
\nOn the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11 am, thank you.
\nOur reception is open for check-in from 14 to 22, we remain available for any requests.<\/p>\n

3. Non-smoking rooms<\/h3>\n

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and throughout the entire hotel. You can smoke in the garden and on the balconies.<\/p>\n

4. Reservation, payment and cancellation<\/h3>\n

The reservation is considered definitive if accompanied by a credit card number as guarantee of the same.
\nNo deposit will be charged. Payment for the total stay will be required upon departure.
\nThe following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI.
\nFor cancellations or changes up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no amount will be charged.
\nFor cancellations or changes up to the day of the expected arrival date, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
\nFor cancellations or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n

5. Pets<\/h3>\n

In our structure pets are allowed with a request for a supplement.<\/p>\n

6. Discounted rates<\/h3>\n
